Shipping & Delivery


All of the items shown, will be made per order please allow up to 2 weeks for the completion of your order, as each piece is handmade.

If your order is an urgent case, kindly contact us before ordering by emailing to see if your order is possible to make within your requested timeframe.

Kindly note we do not ship out on the weekends unless a special request is made, do email us if this is required at

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID19 we're experiencing delays with shipments due to limited flights from Madeira Island.

Shipping throughout Europe can take upto 14 days, the rest of world upto 30, unfortunatley this is beyond our control.

Please make sure you double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost packages.

You will be responsible for any charges to intercept a package.

Please make sure you provide a physical address not just a PO BOX number.

We typically ship using CTT Express first class or priority mail, a Tracking number will be emailed on the same day the shipment is sent.

Your order will usually take 5-10 days to arrive after being shipped, shipping time does depend on the Country the shipment is being sent to, do allow upto 20 days for Countries outside the EU.

Kindly be advised we are not responsible for any Customs Charges or packages held with Customs.

Easy Returns


We accept returns and exchanges, If you're not happy with an item please do the following;

Contact us within: 03 days of receiving the package.
Ship items back to us in their original condition within: 14 days of delivery. 

Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified.


The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept returns or exchanges of Custom or personalised orders.

Deposits for Custom / Personalised orders will not be issued once the order has been confirmed and the fabric cut.
We accept cancellations made with 12 hours of placing an order only.
